Hardware maintenance contract

ICT Maintenance and Repairs, covering all ICT hardware (excluding certain specialist equipment, devices older than 6 years and items where spare parts are no longer available). Schools pay an annual amount via ITASS, which covers all labour charges and the cost of spare parts up to £30 per repair.

For anything above this, schools are provided with a no obligation quote (if over £50). If agreed by the school, an invoice for the balance due is sent out by RM direct to the school.

Server Maintenance, covering all RM admin and curriculum servers up to 6 years old. Schools pay £150 per server, per year for RM’s “Educare” package, which includes parts and labour costs. Follow this link for a description of service levels under RM’s Educare cover.
